Clinical Psychologist | Board-Approved Supervisor
About
You
Most of the people I work with have a history of stressful and/or traumatic life experiences, but the reason they come to therapy is because things are difficult for them in the here-and-now - and they want this to change.
You might be experiencing:

-
intense, overwhelming feelings that change quickly, and sometimes in response to seemingly small triggers;
-
nightmares and disturbing memories that pop up suddenly and without warning;
-
difficulties connecting with others, or maintaining healthy relationships;
-
excessive levels of dissociation, or relying on ways of coping that you know aren’t helpful for you long-term;
-
difficulties liking yourself, or holding onto a clear sense of who you are.
You might have existing diagnoses of:

-
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
-
Complex PTSD (cPTSD)
-
Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD)
-
Other trauma-related conditions
If this sounds like you, I may be able to help. Get in touch to discuss your needs.
I am an AHPRA-registered, endorsed Clinical Psychologist and board-approved supervisor who is a full member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA), and the EMDR Association Australia (EMDRAA). I really love the work that I do.

As an EMDR therapist, I am trained in the standard EMDR protocol and I have also completed additional, advanced training in Attachment-Informed EMDR (AI-EMDR). In addition, I am trained in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for adolescents and adults. I draw on other therapeutic modalities too, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Schema Therapy.

My focus is on using evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help you make sustainable, long-term changes in your life. I offer individual therapy to adults and older adolescents. I take time to get to know you as an individual before we decide on the most appropriate approach to therapy, so that the work is always customised to you.
About
Me

Clinical
Supervision
I am available to provide supervision to generally-registered Psychologists, other Clinical Psychologists, and Clinical Psychology Registrars working towards endorsement (Principal or Secondary supervisor). I am a full member of both the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA), and the EMDR Association of Australia (EMDRAA).
I work predominately with adults and older adolescents who have experienced significant trauma, and strive to provide a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and neuro-affirming therapeutic experience. I predominately utilise Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Schema Therapy in my practice, and can provide supervision in relation to these frameworks.
I approach supervision with the intent to provide an experience that is encouraging and non-judgmental so that you feel comfortable to openly reflect on your practice, feel safely challenged, and be supported to grow as a practitioner. I encourage a process of reciprocal feedback, so that we are always working towards meeting your needs.
I am able to provide short-term or long-term supervision, either via Telehealth or in-person in Brunswick. Supervision sessions are 50-minutes duration, and charged at $260. Get in touch to discuss your supervision needs.
Fees and Rebates
You do not need a referral to access sessions with a Clinical Psychologist. However, Medicare can provide a rebate of $141.85 per session, for up to ten sessions per calendar year, if you attend with a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan and referral from your GP or Psychiatrist.
Session Fees
The standard 50 minute session fee is $260. For extended 90 minute sessions (e.g., EMDR reprocessing sessions), the session fee is $350.
Out-of-Pocket Costs
The out-of-pocket cost for a standard 50 minute session with a Mental Health Treatment Plan is $118.15. Alternatively, private health rebates may apply depending upon your insurer or level of cover.
Third-Party Funding
Self-managed NDIS participants and plan-managed NDIS participants may also access my services. I do not generally provide services via other third-party funders or organisations.

Please note I am currently only available for clinical supervision, and my books are closed for therapy referrals as of May 2025.

Appointments are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays either via Telehealth or in-person at Northside Natural Health Brunswick/ Bulleke-bek.
I do not provide medico-legal, forensic, or crisis services. I offer a free, introductory phone call so that I can determine your needs.
